Katy Prudhomme du Hancourt has been working as an Occupational Therapist for over 18years, in both South Africa and the UAE. She has worked in schools, private practices and hospitals and specialised in the assessment and treatment of children with neurological disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy, as well as those with Sensory Integration difficulties and feeding challenges.
Katy Prudhomme du Hancourt is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 17 years of experience working with children and adolescents in South Africa and the UAE. She has provided care in hospitals, schools, and private practice settings, specialising in the assessment and treatment of neurological, developmental, and sensory integration challenges. She is trained in SI, NDT and SOS Approach to Feeding to name a few and uses these approaches to treat the child holistically.
Katy is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to daily function and empowering families through supportive, individualised interventions.
Katy is a passionate paediatric occupational therapist who supports not just children but their families too. She specialises in sensory processing, behaviour, school challenges, and daily activities, helping to build confidence and independence. Her goal is to make everyday life smoother and more fulfilling for every child and adolescent she works with.
