My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a Person-Centered framework. I utilize CBT to deliver structured, evidence-based interventions that target maladaptive thought patterns, emotional regulation, and behavioral change. At the same time, the person-centered approach forms the foundation of my work, ensuring a strong therapeutic alliance built on empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard. This integration allows me to achieve measurable clinical outcomes while maintaining a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment.

My personal philosophy is collaborative and person-centered, where the client plays an active role in the therapeutic process.

I approach clients with clarity, empathy, and professionalism, viewing them as active participants in the therapeutic process. I believe individuals possess the capacity for insight, resilience, and change, and my role is to guide this process through evidence-based practice, ethical responsibility, and client-centered stance.

I normalize emotional experiences and use motivational interviewing techniques to enhance engagement and support meaningful, sustainable change.
