Crisma Mina is a DOH-licensed Behavior Technician with a degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University, Philippines. She is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the BACB and an International Behavior Therapist (IBT) certified by the IBAO, with over eight years of experience working across clinic, school, residential, and community settings in the UAE.

She supports children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities using evidence-based, data-driven ABA interventions. Crisma is committed to promoting meaningful skill development, independence, and inclusion, while empowering families, caregivers, and educators through practical and culturally responsive strategies.
