Abdallah Hamed Al Blooshi is a Department of Health (DOH)–licensed Emirati Behavior Analyst with a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis, autism intervention, and behavioral education. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (2021) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a concentration in ABA (2018) from the Emirates College for Advanced Education (ECAE), positioning him among the first UAE nationals to specialize and be licensed in this field, Abdallah has worked across several leading institutions in the UAE, including Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Special Education (MRC-NECC), Zayed Higher Authority for People of Determination (ZHA), and Sakina for Children. He currently works with alkalma, where he contributes to ABA service design, staff supervision, and clinical governance initiatives.
His role extends beyond direct service delivery, encompassing organizational strategy, alignment of ABA services with medical, educational, and family-centered models, and mentorship of clinicians within multidisciplinary teams.
